This document sets out the official terms and conditions governing your use of the kurakura21 platform. By registering an account or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms & Platform Eligibility

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different personal details or different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. kurakura21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided before processing any withdrawal or resolving any dispute.

Password Security & Account Access

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. It is your responsibility to ensure that no other party has access to your account.

All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorized access to kurakura21. kurakura21 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

By using the kurakura21 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules below. Violation of any of these rules may result in the suspension or closure of your account, as well as the forfeiture of any associated balance or winnings.

Prohibited Activities

Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to access or exploit the platform.
Match manipulation, colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or any other form of cheating.
Using unauthorized payment methods or processing transactions on behalf of another person.
Uploading or transmitting unlawful, threatening, or harassing content through the platform's communication channels.
Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

Responsible Gaming

Users are expected to wager and play only with funds they can afford to lose without affecting their day-to-day financial needs.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the kurakura21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion is applied to Malaysian users — all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in RM.

Payment terms are as follows:

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the platform interface. All deposits must be verified by the system before credits are applied to your account. kurakura21 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise stated. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal or before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Bonuses and Promotions: Bonus credits are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as specified in the respective promotion terms. Withdrawing before meeting the rollover conditions may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy

Platform Liability Limits

Kurakura21 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, data loss, or service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond the platform's control.

Kurakura21's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kurakura21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraud, a breach of terms, multiple account registration, use of a false identity, or activities that compromise the integrity of the platform have occurred. Any legitimate balance in a suspended account will be returned once the investigation is concluded, unless that balance is linked to suspected violations of the terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kurakura21 platform — including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of kurakura21 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links & Services

The kurakura21 platform may use payment processors, game providers, or other third-party services as part of its operations. kurakura21 is not responsible for the terms, policies, or performance of those third parties. Use of any third-party services accessed through the platform is subject to the respective third party's own terms.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Kurakura21 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time, in response to business requirements or changes in applicable law. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the kurakura21 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties involved.
